Shipping policy

We deliver within Cyprus with ACS Courier.

Dispatch and delivery

We prepare orders within 1–2 working days. Once ACS receives your parcel, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. Remote areas may take 1–3 additional working days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery options

ACS Door-to-Door — delivery to your address: your parcel is delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

ACS Drop Zone — collection from an ACS point: your parcel is sent to an assigned ACS collection point. We share the collection location with you. Please wait for confirmation that your parcel is ready before collecting it.

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. We send tracking details when your parcel is dispatched.
