Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened tea products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the products remain unopened and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at misteatrading@aol.com.
